Behaviors first illustrates the value of putting behaviors at the core of all you do, whether you think of it as behavior-centered, behavior-led, or behavior-oriented, and with all the language that goes along with putting behaviors first. While this core concept has been placed under Design and Manage, it applies to the other two phases too.
