MEASURING ALONG THE PATHWAYS TO CHANGE

Measuring along the pathways to change involves following your pathways with critical indicators.  You only need to measure the behavioral outcome(s), but it is not necessary to measure everything along the pathways to achieve those priority behaviors and thus ultimately your goal.  You can measure those elements (factors and strategies) that you identified as MOST critical to success.
