Crosswalk Examples

Moving from your Behavior Profiles or Behavior Summary to a Behavior-Led Results Framework

Whether you create a behavior-led results framework from one behavior or multiple behaviors, the process is the same:

  1. Behaviors become Intermediate Results (IRs).
  2. Factors become Sub-Intermediate Results (sub-IRs).
  3. Strategies, if needed on the results framework, become Outputs (Os).
  4. Supporting actors, though not traditionally included, can be noted at the bottom of the results framework as "Essential Supporting Actors to Involve".
